Optimist Club Golf Outing Registration

Enter all the Golfer/Diner information for at least one participant. Select the appropriate number of Golfers with Dinner and Dinner ONLY participants. Providing the full name of your Foursome Leader will ensure that we can arrange to get your team together prior to the day of the event.

Select "Use Credit Card thru PayPal" as the Payment Method, then Click the "Register and Pay Online" button to pay online thru PayPal or with Credit Card
