Tomorrow is our Float Design meeting. We will be making "fish" and designing our float for the Founder's Day Parade. Details are below. Please try the online sign up site below so we can get some feedback on it for next school year.

Tuesday, June 29 - Parade Float design

We’ll meet at Richard Lerner’s house, 33850 Braebury Ridge, Farmington Hills (map/directions). We have some craft projects, making “fish” and “baskets” for our float. We'll plan out the float, which will include a pontoon boat. The kids will have fishing rods with fish hanging on the ends. More details as we come up with them at our meeting.

Saturday, July 17 - Founder’s Day Parade

We’ll meet at Mooney Street in Farmington (parade starting area) at 9:00am to decorate the pontoon boat. We have (4) 3’ x 8’ banners, 2 for Project FISH and 2 for Junior Optimists. We’ll have our various decorations from the above session, and candy to pass out. Keep in mind that many of the streets are shut down at different times for the Founder's Day 4 Mile Run which begins at 9am.

New Participant Registration System

This is going to be our test group for a new online sign up system. We want to try this out to see how well it works for our this and future projects. Please click on the following link to sign up for the float design meeting, walking in the parade, or facilitating either session of the Project FISH program if you or your child will be joining us for any of these events.
